The welfare of the boys and girls will be paramount and we aim to meet the needs of both children and parent/carers. However, if there is cause for complaint at any time please let the senior play worker know if in the unlikely event that parents are not satisfied with the response please contact Emma Fox the Person in charge/Director (both listed in emergency contacts). We have a complaints procedure that is explained in the parent/carers handbook. If your complaint cannot be resolved you are entitled to contact your local Care Inspectorate for Wales office CIW is not a complaints agency, and cannot deal with complaints linked to individual circumstances. If they are not able to deal with your particular complaint, they can direct you to the organisation best placed to help you.
